  We stayed here for two nights. Our room was very comfortable and clean. We liked the modern decor. The resort itself has a fantastic pool with lots of room to spread out. We are at the restaurant twice, and were very impressed. The service was friendly and helpful at all times. Highly recommend, and would definitely stay here again.

  Find a word better than absolutely fantastic and I'll write another review... All the staff are always welcoming , happy and extremely helpful... the rooms are spotless and very well presented... the restaurant food and staff are exceptional... The manager "Big Simon" what a great bloke .. All I can say is if you're staying in the area there is nothing better than laggoons 1770.

  My husband and I recently had a overnight stay at Lagoons Resort & Spa 1770/ Agnes Waters.A few hours after departing I received a phone call from management stating there was a pillow missing from our room ,and there would be a debit in the amount of $50.00 from our visa credit card. I advised we did not have or remove the pillow from the room. Seriously who in their right mind would be so stupid as to steal a pillow,or anything for that matter when we have given the receptionist our names address ,telephone numbers ,E Mail address, licence number and credit card details .For us this has been a lesson .We will no longer be checking in or out of any accommodation until management have confirmed all belongings. It,s not so much about $50.00 but the fact remains ,we have been labeled thieves & liars. Is not a feeling that is nice to experience and does not sit well with my husband and myself. So please be aware as this could happen to you.

  Awesome place, pool view rooms not very private but the whole place can be extremely quiet at certain times of the year. Staff are great and rooms are clean and modern!
