  2nd was Squid. Being a fisherman and eat squid on a regular basis, I knew with one bite it was fake packet squid of poor quality, a imitation that is nothing like real squid.

  3rd. Scallops. cooked perfectly but the sauce was something I would prefer never to taste again, my wife described it as tasting like cardboard.

  Was busy on our night there, new menu. Being lovers of seafood we put an order in for 3 seafood dishes to share. Waited about 50 minutes for 1st course

  We waited to be served for 27 minutes in a line to order a coffee. We understand that this is a small business and there were only 2 staff but we felt like the staff needed to be able to multitask and serve multiple people at once, take orders and then prepare orders in bulk. People behind us left because they simply didn't want to wait. The smoothies were runny and too milky and lacked flavour. Do did the coffee. The chocolate milkshake was good. We feel that Codie's place would benefit from having extra staff on especially on school holidays or during busy times.

  Absolutely exceptional food! Highly recommend this place for dinner. Ignore the previous reviews, the food here is some of the best I've had in a long time. Will definitely be coming back!

  Like watching a train wreck in slow motion while waiting 90 mins for bread and dips. Took too long to serve below average food. Seafood platter was deep fried mess. Pizza was terrible. Good selection of beers.

  1st was oysters, Kilpatrick taste was great BUT the Oysters were overcooked to the point it was hard to find them. When I did it was not a baby Oyster it was more like a Fetal Oyster, about 1.5cm long and rock hard.
