  Wonderful stay at The Reef Caravan Park. A spacious campsite with ample amenities and the friendliest hosts' Bill and Lee, the kind of people you'll remember for a long time :) Could not fault the stay. Happy hour around the camp fire at sunset, having a banter and making music with other travellers makes for some good memories, would recomend to all! Thanks again for the great time we had.

  Really great and well maintained place. Hosts Bill and Lee are well accomodating and friendly. The nightly fire is a good spot for a banter with other campers. Not too far out of town and close to the fresh seafood shop. Amentities are nice and clean, grounds are beautiful. The gnome garden walk was lovely... would stay again :)

  Was fine, long list of rules given to you when you enter the park. Amenities adequate, was a bit dark in the ladies though.

  Well, where do I begin? We were told we could have a powered site, only to find out upon arrival that our site had been given away to another party after our confirmation 15 minutes beforehand. We were then charged for a powered site and lead to an UNPOWERED site. The BBQ didn't work. So after we found out this fact, we thought 'no problem'; we shall get our gas filled, so off we went to ask for a simple LPG gas refill only to be told that they have the facility to do such a task but the husband was 'too busy' to help us. In honest truth I believe this is because we are under the age of 30 and have long hair. The "camp kitchen" and I use quote marks because it was merely a dirty (fish) BBQ and a toaster with no job facility. All credit to them though- there was hot water. The toilet door was jammed, taking over 10 minutes to forcibly wrench it open. The shower was a mere dribble lunging between hot as blazes and cold as the northern ice caps before global warming. Between 5 people of different sexes we were only given one toilet key. Also a comment must be made that we were spoken to as if our custom was more of a problem than an actual paid-for service. The sarcasm in this review doesn't stem from a joke, but more so to help with a calmer critique of what we found to be a terrible campsite experience.
